Does Karmup insure items during delivery?

No. Karmup is a peer-to-peer technology platform and does not insure goods. For valuable, fragile, or legally restricted items, users should use registered commercial courier services.

Are hazardous or prohibited items allowed?

No. Alcohol, illegal substances, dangerous goods, weapons, stolen property, and any items prohibited by Indian law or Karmup policies are strictly forbidden.

How do I pay the delivery helper?

You pay the helper directly upon delivery using UPI, QR code, or cash. Karmup does not hold or process the delivery task fee.
