Why Karmup Exists
Karmup started with a simple observation: people need help every day.
Sometimes it is something important. Sometimes it is something incredibly small.
Everyday things people need help with:
Yet asking for help can sometimes feel uncomfortable.
You may feel like you owe someone a personal favour. You may hesitate because you don't want to disturb your friends or relatives. You may not know whom to ask. And sometimes people stop offering help because their time, effort, and energy are taken for granted.
Karmup was created to make that interaction easier.
Bringing both sides together
One person can say: I Need Help.
Another person can say: I Can Help.
Karmup brings them together on a transparent platform where terms are agreed openly, communication happens directly in-app, and payment goes straight to the helper.
We believe that recognising someone's time and effort doesn't make helping less human. It can make people more conscious of one another.
The core belief
“Ask when you need help. Help when you can. Value both sides.”
Karmup does not attempt to replace kindness. It attempts to give kindness another structure, where people can ask without feeling indebted, and helpers can offer assistance knowing their time and energy are valued.
